🏁 Step 1: Free Roof Inspection & Honest Assessment
Every roof replacement starts with a free inspection. We’ll check your roof thoroughly for damage, wear, or age-related issues, and take clear photos to show you exactly what we see.
Then, we’ll walk you through:
- Whether a full replacement is necessary (or if a repair could do the job)
- Your options for materials and colors
- What the project timeline and cost would look like

📄 Step 2: Insurance Help (If Needed)
If your roof has storm damage, we’ll help you:
- File a claim
- Document damage for your adjuster
- Meet with the insurance company if needed

📆 Step 3: Project Scheduling & Material Delivery
Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll:
- Set a date that works for you

- Deliver materials to your property—usually 1–2 days before the install
Don’t worry—we’ll keep your driveway and yard protected and clean throughout the process.

This is the main event! Here’s what happens:
- We remove your old roof, down to the deck
- Check for any soft spots, rot, or damage beneath
- Install brand-new underlayment, flashing, ventilation, and shingles
- Clean up thoroughly so your yard looks like we were never there (except for the awesome new roof)
Most replacements are completed in just one day—two at most for larger homes.

We never leave a job half-finished. Before we go, we:
- Walk the property with you to make sure everything looks perfect
- Use magnetic rollers to pick up stray nails or debris
- Answer any last-minute questions and review your warranty info
